Vera A. Depue

Vera A. Depue, of Womelsdorf, formerly of Summit, NJ, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Columbia Cottage, Wyomissing.

She was the wife of Richard D. Depue, who died May 12, 2008.

Born on December 3, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Anna (Stelmach) Panasik.

Vera was an avid New York Yankee Fan, and enjoyed going to the casino and playing BINGO.

She is survived by a daughter, Joan, wife of Jeffrey Swanger, of Womelsdorf; grandchildren, Nancy DuChemin, Jennifer, wife of James Chung, and Albert Minikus; step-grandson, Justin Swanger; great grandchildren, Kelsey White, Nicholas DuChemin, Mechell Minikus, and Joshua Chung; step-great grandsons, Matthew and Caleb Swanger; great-great granddaughter, Alivia White; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson-in-law, Daniel DuChemin; a step-grandson, Ryan Swanger; four sisters; and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd., Whippany, NJ. A viewing will be held Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. A viewing will also be held Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, and Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ.
