~~Pasquale Fiorilli, 89, of Summit passed away on July 13, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Teresa of Avilla Church, 306 Morris Ave. in Summit on Monday, July 17th at 9:30am. Born in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Italy, the son of Michele and Pasqualina (Valles) Fiorilli, Pasquale came to the United States in 1966. First settling in Millburn and later Summit, he also lived in Murray Hill before returning to Summit. Pasquale first worked for Wiss Company in Union then joined Bell Labs in Murray Hill in 1970. He retired in 1992. Pasquale was a member of the Italian Army. He enjoyed gardening, wine making and hunting.
Pasquale was the beloved husband of Elvyra. He was the loving father of Michael and his wife Joanne. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Michael and Susan, his dear siblings, Carmela Colatruglio, Michelina Galiardi, Salvatore Fiorilli and Giuseppina Pacifico, and his step children, Sigita, Roberto and Regina Douksa. Pasquale is predeceased by his beloved first wife, Maria Rosaria and his brother Domenico Fiorilli.
