Maryanne P. Coleman, 53, of Springfield, NJ passed away after a courageous 8 month battle with cancer on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016. Maryanne, born in West Islip, NY, was a native of Long Island and attended St. John the Baptist High School. She graduated cum laude from SUNY, Albany and worked for BNP Paribas in New York City for 19 years before becoming the A/P Supervisor at Suburban Propane in Whippany, NJ.
Maryanne loved to travel to different parts of the world with her husband always by her side. Her heart could not contain the amount of love she had for her friends and family. Maryanne was predeceased by her mother and father, John and Winifred (Winnie) Fleig, and her older brother, Jack. She is survived by her husband, Hal M. Coleman; daughters, Catherine and Rose; Aunt Louise, and cousins, Harry and Roy.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016, from 7 to 9 pm at the Bradley Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Ave., Springfield, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 15 at 10 am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills, NJ. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
