Livio Baiocchi, 101, of Short Hills, N.J. passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills. Entombment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Bradley, Brough & Dangler Funeral Home, 299 Morris Ave., Summit, N.J.
Born and raised in Italy, Livio came to the U.S. in 1961 and lived in Chicago before settling in Short Hills in 1984.
Livio worked as a tool and die maker for Radio Steel Corporation. He was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Church for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking and furniture making. He also liked gardening with his late wife, Maria.
He was predeceased by his wife of 74 years, Maria. He is survived by his children; Juliana Petruzzini, Paul and Frank. He was the cherished grandfather of Lucas, Dave, Mark and Andrea and great-grandfather of Evan, Quinn and Paige.
