Joseph E. Pavone, Jr. of Morris Plains passed away on Wednesday June 13th, 2018 at the age of 77. He was born in Fayette County, PA and had lived in Bloomfield prior to moving to Morris Plains 3 years ago.
Visitation will be held at the Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery, Routes 1 & 9 North, Linden.
Joe was a shipment attendant for Union Trucking in Kenilworth for 20 years prior to his retirement 29 years ago. Joe enjoyed Bingo at St Francis Church in Newark for many years with “G49” as his favorite space on the bingo board. He also loved wrestling, the N.Y. Yankees, Westerns, and Cheesecake.
Joe was the husband of the late Helen (nee Weingardner) Pavone who passed away in 2007; father of Joe Pavone, III & his wife Diana and Thomas Pavone; grandfather of Matthew, Alyssa, Julianna, and Samantha; brother of Suzie Golden, Alice Penic, Joyce Arndt, Mary Golden, and Bernard Pavone, the late Eddie Pavone, the late Patsy Pavone, the late Richard Pavone, the late Betty Lininger, and the late Dolores Clark.
