F. Paul Frank, 91, of Whippany, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Brookdale in Florham Park.
Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Paul lived in Union for many years before settling in Whippany 63 years ago, when he married Ruth Guetig and they raised their family.
A veteran of the US Army Air Corps, Paul served during World War II. During his career, Paul worked for Foster Wheeler, Singer Kearfott, and most recently Smith Industries in East Hanover, from where he retired as a project manager.
Paul is survived by his wife Ruth; sons Stephen P. and his wife Anne, Timothy A. and his wife Sandy, Kevin M. and his wife Patricia, and Alan J. and his wife Cheri; grandchildren Andrew and Brian Frank, Samantha Simeone, Shaun and Scott Frank, Erin Borkowski, Emily Schilz, Mark Frank, Caitlin and Austin Anderle, and Madison Frank; greatgrandchildren Danny Borkowski, Ella Schilz and May Simeone. Paul is also survived by his brother F. Earl Frank.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 9:30am at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church, 75 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Paul may be made to a charity of your choice.
