Cheryl Ahlers (nee: Sheehan), 72, of Summit,
passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Overlook
Medical Center, Summit.
Born in Summit, Cheryl lived in Chatham for
some time before marrying and raising her family in
Summit. She was a gifted artist, devoted wife and
beloved mother. She was an avid reader, enjoying
gardening, movies, learning her family’s ancestry and
doing crossword puzzles.
Cheryl is survived by her husband of 51 years,
Chris; daughters Kimberly A. Moore and her husband
Gary; and Karen A. Bonin and her husband Michael;
and grandchildren Christopher and Kelly Moore.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday,
August 6, 2016 at 11am at the Wm A. Bradley & Son
Funeral Home, 345 Main Street in Chatham. Family
and Friends are also invited to attend the visitation on
Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the funeral home. For more
