Barbara "Bonnie" Potenzone

Barbara “Bonnie” Potenzone, born on March 28, 1946 in New York City, to Carl and Margaret Magnus, passed away on January 1, 2019. Bonnie was a resident of Morris Plains, New Jersey, for the last 12 years.

Bonnie will be missed deeply by her family, friends, and all who knew her. She truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: chatting with family and friends, shopping for the ultimate bargain and spending time with her grandchildren and her beloved cat, Dudley.

She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Samuel J. Potenzone, and her sister, Linda Mittman. Her family was her biggest joy. She was the devoted mom to Anthony “Tony” and his wife Larissa, and David and his partner Laura-Jean Arvelo and her daughter Kierstin. She was the loving grandmother of Alyssa “Pumpkin” and Joey “Little Man”.

There will be a visitation on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Bradley Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd., in Whippany. A Funeral Service will be held at 6pm, during the visiting hours. Cremation service will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Bonnie can be made to Eleventh Hour Rescue by visiting ehdogs.networkforgood.com
