~~Anthony S. Marchese passed away peacefully at home. Born in Newark, he raised his family in Union, NJ before retiring to Manahawkin. Tony worked for Woolley Fuel Company for 25 years. He was many things to many people during his 74 years on this earth; a girls softball coach, an amateur dog groomer, the family comedian, the guy who got your heat working at 2am in the dead of winter. But the thing he would most want to be remembered for would be that he was truly a family man. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Amelia (Bonnie) , his daughter Debra Marchese and her partner Carolyn Engle; Julia Fraser and her husband Justin Fraser; his treasured grandchildren Brooke and Joshua Langevin and Anthony Fraser. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and his bonus daughter Lisamarie Agolio.
Visitation at the Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Avenue, Union, NJ 07083 on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Funeral on Thursday assembling at 10am followed by a service at the funeral home at 11am. Entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union.
