Alfonza R. Iglesia, 87, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016 .
Born in Sanchez-Mira, Cagayan, Philippines, Alfonza grew up in Manila, where she practiced dentistry. She came to the United States in the early 1990’s. One of 8 siblings, Alfonza dedicated her life to her family, her late husband Godofredo; loving children Delfin, Jose, Geraldo, Alfredo and Grace and her 12 adored grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 9:15 am at St. Michael’s Church, 1212 Kelly Street, in Union. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. There will be a visitation on Friday from 2-8pm at the Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave., Union.
