ALBERT HENRY NOLL
Albert Noll, 90, a long time resident of Whippany, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. He lived many of his younger years in Jersey City and this is where he met the love of his life, Ronnie. They had a loving marriage for 68 years. Al was a proud graduate of St. Peter’s Prep and St. Peter’s College.
Al’s working life encompassed a long career as a manufacturing plant manager at both RCA in Somerville, NJ and Frequency Engineering Labs in Farmingdale, NJ. He also enjoyed his position as an adjunct professor in the business school at Seton Hall University. Al was a member of Hanover Township Senior Citizens, Knights of Columbus, and served as an usher for many years at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Whippany. He was a World War II history buff and an avid music fan, especially the music of Frank Sinatra and the Big Band era.
Al is survived by his wife, Ronnie, daughter Peggy Dill and her husband, Rob, of Whippany, NJ and their children, Ryan and Megan, daughter Mary Beth Bourgeois and her husband, Phil, of Houston, TX and their children, Brian and Jeff, daughter Patti Kilcullen and her life companion, Victor DiChiara, of Basking Ridge, NJ, son Bill Noll and his wife, Patti, of Morris Plains, NJ and their children Jaclyn and Brian and son Bob Noll and his wife, Ruth, of Whippany, NJ and their children Bob and Jeff.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 21, 2014 from 4 to 8 PM at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on April 22, 2014 at Our Lady of Mercy Church.
