William “Bill” J. Jenusaitis

It is with great sadness that we, the family of William “Bill” J. Jenusaitis, announce his passing on Saturday, August 17, 2019. Bill died peacefully at home surrounded by his adoring family.

Bill, 67, was born in New Brunswick, NJ in 1951. He graduated from Piscataway High School in 1969, then went on to work for Somerset Tire Service where he was a respected leader at multiple locations over the course of 42 years until he retired in 2016. A resident of Chatham for 37 years, Bill was an active member of Corpus Christi Church and a devoted volunteer for Meals on Wheels as part of the Sage Elder Care Program in Summit, NJ. In his spare time, Bill loved tending to his garden, spending time with his friends and family, throwing the ball for his dog Samson, and relaxing on the beach in Long Beach Island.

The son of Edmund and Marion Jenusaitis (deceased), the godson of Colette Shukis and Anthony Barkauskas, and the brother of Joann King and Robert Jenusaitis, Bill is survived by a large and loving family. This includes his beloved wife Jeanne (nee Bagli), his son Daniel and his daughters Alexandra and Meredith, as well as his granddaughter Ruby. His extended family includes 17 brother- and sisters-in-law and 18 nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, August 20 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Bradley Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Chatham, NJ. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 21 at 10:00 AM at Corpus Christi Church, 234 Southern Boulevard, Chatham, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill’s name may be made to support a fund for Bill’s granddaughter, Ruby, the angel of his life, who is living with CTNNB1 Syndrome.
