~~ Samuel Chin, 86, of Chatham, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2015. Born in Snow Hill, Portland, Jamaica. Samuel migrated and settled in the Summit/Chatham area.
Predeceased by his wife Sylvia; Samuel is survived by his children, Janet, Velta, Pamela, Richard and Suzanne; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; his sister Edna, and several nieces and nephews and their families.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 10:45am at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 306 Morris Ave., Summit. Interment will follow at St. Teresa’s Cemetery, Summit. There will be a visitation on Monday from 6-8pm at the Wm A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Chatham.
