Ruth Snow (nee Peiffer), 93, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 19th.
A lifelong NJ resident, Ruth lived in Chatham for many years before moving to Fellowship Village fifteen years ago. She spent her summers at her home in Mantoloking with her family. She attended Skidmore College and then met and married her husband, the late Russel W. Snow. Ruth was an accomplished artist and an active member of the Chatham Women’s Club for many years. She donated much of her time as a volunteer at Overlook Hospital and at Fellowship Village. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband Russel and her son Carl, she is survived by her son David Snow; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Snow; her grandchildren Timothy Snow, Melinda Welsh and Catherine Bishop; and her four great grandchildren.
