Ruth Krickus, 85, of Green Village, New Jersey passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ.
Ruth was born on February 19, 1930 in Newark, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John and Anna (nee Murcko) Bircsak.
Ruth was a graduate of Eastside High School, Newark, NJ. She worked as an administrative assistant for the Madison School District for many years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Krickus, Sr. She is survived by her children; Robert Jr., Thomas, John and Deanna Rasso. She was the cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Alfred Bircsak.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed in Ruth’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Chatham Emergency Squad, 45 Spring Street, Chatham, NJ 07928.
