Pearl S. Heath, lovingly known as “Apple” to her family and friends, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Pearl moved to Newark, New Jersey when she was 18, and settled in Colonia to raise her family. She worked as a cashier and front end manager at Shop Rite for 25 years. Family was everything to her.
Predeceased by her husband Vernon and 7 siblings; Apple will be missed by her children Carol Rockefeller and her husband Wayne; Judith Diem and her husband Jack; and Vernon Jeffrey Heath; grandchildren Meredith Rice and her husband Ryan; Jessica Klemick and her husband Keith; Steven Rockefeller and Jeffrey Heath; great grandchildren Madison and Kylie Klemick; sister Alice Sysko; and many nieces, nephews and their families.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 9am at St John Vianney Church, 420 Inman Ave., Colonia. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. There will be a visitation on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave., Union.
