Patricia Norton Ross, of Chatham, NJ, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 after a brief illness. She was 83. A Service in Celebration of her life will be held October 12, 2013 at Christ Church in Summit, NJ at 1 pm. Patricia was born in Newark, NJ grew up in Maplewood and was a graduate of Columbia High School. She loved entertaining her many friends and family members at her homes in both Summit and Loveladies, NJ. She was very active in several charitable organizations, including Southern Ocean County Hospital and Christ Church. She also loved traveling, especially by ship, with her husband. Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 Years, John P. Ross in 2010. Surviving are her five children, Robert Klopman of Califon, NJ, Natalie Ross Taradash of New York, NY, Susan Powers, of Woodstock CT, Edwin Ross of Whitehouse Station, NJ and John Ross of Morristown, NJ. She was a loving “Grammie” to 13 grandchildren, Natalie, Annabelle, Caitlin, Candace, Alex, Jack, Colleen, Caroline, Daniel, Will, Lena, Adele and Ian.
