Nancy (Roman) Slosberg, 35, of Maplewood, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.
Nancy was born on June 4, 1980 in Brooklyn, New York. She was the daughter of Angel Roman and Lillian Guzman.
Nancy was a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. She worked as CPA for KPMG and NBC Universal. Nancy loved to sing, dance and had the best sense of humor. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and rooting her favorite teams; New York Giants and New York Yankees. She adored her son Hunter and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Slosberg and son, Hunter Slosberg. She is also survived by a brother, Brian Roman and wife Tara, sister, Elizabeth Roman, mother, Lillian Guzman, father, Angel Roman and wife, Maria (Terry) Gray, nephew, Justin Roman, and niece, Anna Roman. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave., Union, NJ 07083. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:15 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2015 at St. Michael’s Church, 1212 Kelly Street, Union, NJ 07083. An entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy’s name may be directed to Voices Against Brain Cancer ,c/o Adam Klipper, 1375 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10018.
