Nancy Blank (nee Reeve), 82, of Madison, NJ passed away on July 4, 2013.
Born in Summit, Nancy lived in Summit and Chatham and has been living in Madison since 1975. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Connecticut College. Nancy worked for the Borough of Madison in the Madison Library for more than twenty years, retiring in 2005. She was the recipient of the Employee of the Month awards for the Library and the Town of Madison. She was a member of the Thursday Morning Club and the Madison Senior Citizens Advisory Committee. Nancy loved to read, eat chocolate, and garden in her yard.
She is survived by her daughter Catherine Blank and her husband Rick Millburn of Tacoma, WA and many friends. A Celebrant Service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 11 am at the Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main Street in Chatham. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 10 am to 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy’s name may be made to Save the Children, 54 Wilton Road, Westport, CT, 06880.
