Muriel F. DeBow, 83, of Summit, NJ, passed peacefully on March 23, 2016. Born in Pompton Plains, Muriel resided in Summit for 79 years. Muriel was a legal secretary for Kentz, Gilson & O’Hara Law Firm in Summit for 47 years. She was a long time member of the United Methodist Church of Summit. Muriel loved the New York Giants baseball team and enjoyed going to the ball games with her father. Muriel is survived by her dear friends, Jayme and Emily Leming La Jeunesse and beloved aunt of Parker and Alec. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11 am at the United Methodist Church of Summit. In lieu of flowers, donations in Muriel’s name may be made to the United Methodist Church, 17 Kent Pl. Blvd., Summit, NJ 07901.
