Michael A. Bibbo, 86, of Union, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2020 at his home.
Michael was born June 7, 1934 in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Italy. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ermano and Giussepine (nee Piccuto) Bibbo.
He immigrated to the United States when he was 18 years old and moved to Millburn, NJ before settling in Union, NJ.
Loved to cook for his family and traveling various places around the world. He worked as a cabinet maker for many years and loved woodworking.
Michael was predeceased by his beloved wife Antonina Bibbo and son Michael Bibbo. He was the loving father of Anthony Bibbo and wife Dawn and Joanne Trenk and husband Jonathan and cherished grandpa of Michael, Lauren, Alexander, Anthony, Olivia, Abigail, Addison. He is survived by his siblings Phyllis, Tony and Frankie and companion, Lucy Howley. In addition, he was predeceased by his siblings Salvatore, Maria and Jerry.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 24, 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Avenue, Union, NJ 07083. An entombment will be held 2:00 pm at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ.
