Mary T. Casanova, 92, a longtime resident of Whippany, New Jersey passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 at St. Vincent’s Nursing Home, Cedar Grove, NJ.
Mary was born on September 8, 1922 in Manhattan, New York. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Margaret (nee Cirotta) Casanova.
She was a graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts and Columbia University with a Master in Business Administration. She retired from AT&T as a District Manager after a 35 year career. After a second career at InterPay Payroll Company, she again retired. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Church, Whippany, NJ.
Mary is survived by her niece Margaret Brasseur of Yakima, Washington, nephew Harry Squasoni of Ramsey, New Jersey and her godchildren Kim, Marissa and Justin Siebel.
A visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Our Lady of Mercy, 9 Parsippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981 An interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Whippany, NJ.
