Margaret ”Peggy” Kelly, 85, of Chatham Township and Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, passed away on April 26, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held at Fellowship Village, 8000 Fellowship Rd in Basking Ridge, NJ on Saturday, May 13th at 3:00pm. Friends may visit from 2 to 3pm prior to the service. Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of John and Margaret (Pusey) Williams, Peggy was raised in Abington, PA, where she graduated from the Abington Friends School. She earned a degree from Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. A homemaker, Peggy was active with the Junior League of Morristown and volunteered at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm, also in Morristown. She was a member of Morris County Golf Club and Bent Pines Golf Club in Vero Beach. Peggy enjoyed golfing, sewing, playing bridge, and participating in marionette productions.

Peggy was the beloved wife of the late Frank T. Kelly. She was the loving mother of Linda Kelly and her husband David Simon, Rich Kelly and his fiancé Ivette Castro, and Tim Kelly and his wife Kimberlee. She is also survived by her dear nephew, Peter Kelly and her cherished grandchildren; Margo O’Neil and her husband Dennis, Ricky Bentzel, Brandon Kelly, Matthew Kelly, Alexandra Kelly, Dylan Kelly and Trey Kelly as well as many loving relatives. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peggy’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 7 Ridgedale Ave., Suite 103, Cedar Knolls, N.J. 07927.
