Lally, Loretta (nee Forrester), 92 passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 1st at King James Care Center.
Born in Scranton, Pa, Loretta lived in Newark and Washington DC for many years. She worked as a claims supervisor for Horizon BCBS and Care First BCBS for 25 years before retiring in 1981 and moving to Chatham. . She was a parishioner of St Patrick’s Church for many years and enjoyed their Leisure Club. In 1991, she relocated to Toms River and stayed active in the Holiday City Senior Association.
Surviving are her daughter Patricia Cooney and her husband Joseph; granddaughters Erin Qualter, MD and her husband John and Bridget Noe and her husband Jason; great- granddaughters Peyton Noe and Sienna & Mia Qualter; her dear sister Kathryn Forrester and brother John Forrester.
