Lois P. Fritsch of Summit, formerly of Watchung, died on November 16, 2015 at Spring Meadows Assisted Living, Summit. She was 93.
Mrs Fritsch was born in Jersey City, and lived in Watchung for 47 years before settling in Summit 5 years ago. She graduated from New Jersey City University with a bachelor of science degree. She taught in the Madison elementary school system for 36 years. She went on to be receptionist at the Oakite Company, in Watchung. She was a member of the Twin Brook Country Club in Watchung. She enjoyed golfing, and was an animal lover. She was also a volunteer at the Watchung Library for many years, as well as a member of the New Providence United Methodist Church.
Predeceased by her husband Alfred C. Fritsch; Lois is survived by her step son Robert Fritsch and his wife Karen; and 2 step grandsons Robert Eric Fritsch, and Gregory Fritsch and Alyssa Heimrich.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 6:45pm at the Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Chatham.
