Keith L. Vennard of Short Hills and Ft Lauderdale, FL. died on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 surrounded by his wife and children. He was 66. Born in Coronado CA, he lived in Jersey City until moving to Short Hills 37 years ago.
Keith is survived by his wife of 42 years, Brenda (Cambridge); children: Kimberly S. Vennard Fritz of Denville and Bryan K. Vennard of Short Hills; grandchildren: Katherine Lee Fritz and Claire Leslie Vennard Fritz. He is also survived by his mother Olga Lee Vennard of Ft. Lauderdale FL.
Keith was a second generation owner of King Lincoln Mercury in Jersey City and also owner of Royal Dodge in Maplewood along with several real estate properties. He was a U.S. Navy veteran stationed on the USS Ranger during the Vietnam War. Enjoying retirement for the past number of years, Keith lived life to the fullest, he loved golf, tennis, skiing and traveling with his family.
