~~Joseph DeMetro of Cedar Knolls, NJ died Jan. 13, 2015 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He was 90.
Born in Harrison NJ, he lived in Cedar Knolls for 64 years. He was a carpenter by trade and took pride in his work. He loved working in his workshop and being around his family. He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Margaret DeMetro (Lipecky); his sisters, Catherine and Mary and his son, Richard DeMetro. He is survived by his brothers, John and Vincent; his sons, Joseph of Mine Hill, Robert from Kingston, Ontario and Mark from Cedar Knolls. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Annette DeMetro-Liscinsky, Renee Korszoloski, Yvonne Boccher, Michelle Eastman, Joe DeMetro and Austin, Lucas and Casandra DeMetro as well as 6 great-grandchildren, Corsen, Frankie, Reid, Aiden, Audrey, and Connor.
