Jorge Joaquim Esteves, 84, of Union, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016. Born and raised in Portugal, Jorge came to the United States in 1969, settling in Union, where he has lived since.
Family was Jorge’s greatest joy in life. He is predeceased by his wife Maria; and daughters Tina and Paula. He is survived by his children, Dulce and Carlos, Laura and Mario, Eugenia and Joao, Jorge and Wendi, Diana and Ze, Aurea and Carlos, Manuel and Amy, Fernanda and Mark, and Joao Carlos and Vicki; 19 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister Dulce Perpetua and brother Joaquim.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 9:30am at Holy Spirit Church, 971 Suburban Rd., Union. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. There will be a visitation on Wednesday from 1-4pm & 6-9pm at the Bradley Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave., Union, NJ.
