John Curcio died suddenly at Morristown Memorial Hospital on Sunday April 8th. Born in Orange NJ, he was a life long resident of Chatham, NJ. John was a partner and head mechanic of Model Disposal of Chatham from 1972 – 2002. John worked for the Berkeley Heights Board of Ed as a custodian, retiring in 2009.
Previously deceased are his father Jimmy Curcio and sister Rosemarie Benham.
Surviving is his mother Rose Curcio of New Providence. His daughters Lisa Curcio, of Chatham Township and Debra Dalessio, of Toms River. Brother of Vincent Curcio and Joseph Curcio, of Berkeley Heights and his sister Betty Ann Elefante of New Providence.
Grandfather of Jessica Santoriello and Brendan Mihiel. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and his dog Casey.
