Joan Casiero, 91, of Cranbury and formerly of Union, NJ entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Cranbury Center in Monroe Township, NJ.
Joan was born on June 21, 1923 in Nanticoke, PA. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John and Anna (nee Storosko) Adamshock.
Joan worked and retired from Pabst Brewing Company where she worked for over 40 years. She was a member of the Golden Age Club and the Senior Citizens of Union Township. Joan was a parishioner of St. Michael’s Church.
Joan was predeceased by her husband Micky Casiero in 2010. She is survived by her daughter Michele Derks and her husband, Herman; grandchildren Lauren and Christopher Derks and sister Valentine Petrochko.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:15 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 1212 Kelly Street, Union, NJ 07083. An interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. In Joan’s memory, donations can be directed to Alzheimer’s Association, 400 Morris Avenue, Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834.
