Jesse M. Benson, 34, of Wharton, New Jersey passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 4, 2016.
Jesse was born on February 25, 1982 in Morristown, NJ. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark D. and Audrey J. (nee Lopata) Tashjian.
Jesse was a loving son, brother, and loyal friend. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved riding his dirt and mountain bike. He like spoiling his dogs, “little bear” and Jaxon and cats; Paris, Harley, and Bentley. Jesse was loved by all who had the pleasure of meeting him and will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
Jesse is survived by his parents; Audrey and Mark Tashjian, his siblings; sister, Melissa Heath, brothers; Brandon Benson and Mark E. Tashjian. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Alice Lopata and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981. A Celebration of Life will be held 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Whippany, NJ.
