Hope F. Woolensack, 96, of Union, New Jersey passed away on September 9, 2014 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ.

Hope was born on August 22, 1918 in Newark, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William H. and Grace (nee Turner) Young.

Hope was one of the original members who help start the Active Retirees Senior’s Club, Union, NJ. She was an avid painter, enjoyed ceramics, sewing, dancing, gardening, and loved going down the shore and traveling.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Woolensack. She is survived by a son, Arthur Dienst, granddaughter, Cynthia Dienst, grandson, Gary Dienst and wife Michele. She was also survived by her great-grandchildren; Rebecca, Kimberly and Alexander.

Family and friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth, 1100 Pine Ave., Union, NJ 07083.
