Helen “Pat” Barrett-Always had a Smile for Everyone
Helen “Pat” Barrett, nee (Hedigan), 83, passed peacefully on Sunday, August 4, 2013. Born and raised in Vailsburg, NJ, Helen has lived in Union for 56 years. She was a clerical worker for Breeze Eastern in Union for 20 years, retiring in 2000. Helen was a member of the Berkeley Heights Senior Citizen and loved dancing. Helen is pre-deceased by her husband Walter J. Barrett, Sr., she is survived by her children, Walter J. Jr. and his wife Donna, Karen Patricia Rotunda, Peter Keith and his wife Anna and Matthew John, and two grandchildren Dana and Brian Barrett. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 11 am at St. Joseph’s Church, Maplewood. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Bradley Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave, Union, NJ.
