Guido Ricci, 82 of Millburn, passed away on Sunday August 12, 2012 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Born in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Italy, Guido came to the United States and settled in Millburn in 1951.
A talented and skilled construction worker, Guido was a proud member of the United Brotherhood of Local Union 620 since 1953.
Devoted to his family, Guido is the beloved husband of 59 years to Nina (nee: Monaco); loving father of Carmela Kelly and her late husband Stephen, Ann Madaras and her husband Tom, Linda Bell and her husband Chuck; proud grandfather of Stephen, Ryan, Richie, Lauren and Kristin; dear brother of Rose Manno and the late Danny and Grace Ricci.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 16, 2012. at 10am at St Rose of Lima Church 50 Short Hulls Ave., in Short Hills. Entombment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Mausoleum. There will be a visitation on Wednesday from 4-9pm at the Bradley, Smith & Smith Funeral Home 415 Morris Ave., Springfield.
