~~Greg Henrich, of Chatham, NJ, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at his place in Shelburne, New Hampshire. Born in Summit, Greg was a lifelong Chatham resident, and retired owner and President of Chatham News Service. Greg was an almost 50 year volunteer with the Chatham Boro Fire Department, as well as a volunteer with the Chatham Special Police and the Shelburne Fire Department. His fellow firemen were his band of brothers.
Greg enjoyed riding his John Deere tractor, hunting and fishing with friends, swimming in a good swimming hole, kayaking and camping. He always helped anyone in need and family and friends always came first.
Greg is survived by his wife of 45 years, Chris (nee: Fleiss); son Jason; daughters Carrie and Michelle; sister Patricia Castellano; brother Harold Henrich; sister in law Cynthia Swain; and cousins Richard Loock and Dave Roberts.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Twp., 240 Southern Blvd., Chatham, on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11am. A reception will follow at the Chatham Boro Fire House. There will be a visitation on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Wm A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main St. Chatham, NJ.
