Born in the Bronx, he worked as a head bookkeeper for Simon & Schuster in Moristown before retiring.
Frank was precedeased by his wife Betty (Cassara) and daughter Angela Carlson. He is survived by his son-in-law James F. Carlson and grandson James F. Carlson Jr.
