It is with great sadness that the family of Frank A. Manganelli announces his passing on March 2, 2016, at the age of 82. Frank will forever be remembered by his loving sister Gelsomina, beloved children Elizabeth (Anthony) and Matthew (Cheryl), treasured grandchildren Madison, Alyssa and Melissa, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.
Frank touched the lives of many people with his smile, generosity and loving heart. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family and friends. Frank retired in 1996 after a long and successful 39-year career with Lucent. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus. He joined the Knights of Columbus in 1958 as a member of Loyola Council 477 in Brooklyn. During the past 50 years, he has held various positions on the state and local levels in both the Third and Fourth degrees.
Family and friends may attend visitation at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Road Whippany, New Jersey 07981 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 6, 2016. A Mass of Christian of Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 90 Whippany Road, Whippany, New Jersey 07981. An interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
