Erich E. Hoeker, 71, of Warren, formerly of Union, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at home. Born in Newark, Erich was raised in Union and lived there for many years. He also lived in Denville and Florham Park before settling in Warren 25 years ago. Erich was the owner and operator of H & H Swiss Machine Products in Hillside for 50 years. He served in the National Guard for 2 years. Erich loved boating and racing cars, and also enjoyed photography.
Predeceased by his wife Carole A. (nee: Brunck), Erich is survived by his sons Robert A., of Wetumpka, Ala. David C. of High Bridge and Phillip A. of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren Dylan, Bonnie and Alexandra Hoeker.
