~~Elizabeth “Betty” Bertoldo, 70, of Whippany passed away on April 26, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel, 75 Ridgedale Ave in Cedar Knolls on Tuesday, May 3rd at 10am. Interment in NY is private. Friends are invited to visit at Bradley-Braviak Funeral Home, 49 Whippany Rd in Whippany on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Born in Newark and raised in Belleville, Betty had also lived in East Hanover before moving to Whippany in 1969. Initially a cosmetologist, she later worked for many years as a legal collections analyst at Crum & Forster in Morristown. Betty was a long time active parishioner at Notre Dame and enjoyed gardening, cooking and travel.
Betty was the wife of the late Anthony “Sonny” Bertoldo. She was the loving mother of Elizabeth Youmans and her husband John. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Liberty and Spencer and her dear brother Vincent Zarrello and his wife Theresa.
