Edward Wiles, 77, of Summit, formerly of Union, passed away on Friday, April 11. Born in Elizabeth, Edward lived in Union for most of his life, moving to Summit 5 years ago. He was the office manager at the New Jersey Department of Labor in Elizabeth. Edward was an avid reader, devoted to his religion, and its historical details.
Edward is survived by his cousins, and will also be missed by his former fellow employees and friends at the Rosary Shrine community.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 10:45am at the St. Teresa of Avila Church, 306 Morris Ave., Summit. Interment will follow at St. Teresa’s Cemtery, Summit. There will be a visitation at Bradley, Brough & Dangler Funeral Home, 309 Springfield Ave., Summit on Monday from 9am – 10:30am, prior to the Mass.
