Dorothy Wentz

Dorothy Wentz, 87, of Springfield, passed away on May 22, 2013 at her home. Born in Parkstone, Poole, England, Dorothy came to the United States in 1947, and settled in Springfield, New Jersey. Dot retired from Lord & Taylor in Livingston, NJ after many years in retail. She had a love of life, people, animals, gardening and nature.

Dorothy is now with those she loved and missed, especially her husband John E. Wentz, Jr., and son John E. Wentz III . She is survived by her daughter Karen Wentz, daughter in law Jean Wentz; grandchildren John William, David Matthew, Sarah Jean, Steven Daniel, Amanda Mae; sister Kathleen Jess Barrow, and sisters in law, nieces, nephews and their families.

A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 10am at the Bradley Smith & Smith Funeral Home 415 Morris Ave., Springfield. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
