David Eric Schafler of Hillsborough, formerly of West Orange, died on June 10, 2018. Born in New York, David was raised in West Orange. He earned Masters Degrees from Seton Hall University and Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was a teacher with the New Brunswick School System for 17 years. David is survived by his wife of 5 ½ years, Francieli Leandro Schafler; his parents Harvey and Carol Schafler, and his brother Marc Schafler.
