Charles P. Prindiville – October 13, 1964 – December 20, 2016

Beloved Son, Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle and lifelong Cubs fan Charles P. Prindiville passed away suddenly at home on December 20, 2016. Charles was born in New York City on October 13, 1964 to Robert and Kathleen Prindiville, one of seven children.

Charles graduated from Millburn High School and attended Northeastern University where he played hockey.

Charles met the love of his life, Jessica, after a Cubs game in 1992. It was a match made in heaven. They were married in 1994 and enjoyed 22 years of happiness. Charles was a longtime resident of Chatham Township, NJ, and was a Trustee with the Chatham Township Fire Department as well as a long-time supporter of the Chatham Township Police Department and The Robin Hood Foundation.

Charles was most proud of his two children, Kate and William, the other loves of his life. He enjoyed cheering the Jayhawks on with Kate and was looking forward to William heading to college in the fall. Charles loved his family time and enjoyed a full life of travel, seeing the world as a family.

Charles was loved by all who met him, especially his family – Eleanor, Ron, Victoria, Christopher, Anne, Philip, Mary Alice, Alvin, Genevieve, Christopher, Mark, Hope, Michael and Amy who will miss him dearly.

Charles had a long career in Futures and was last with ADM Investor Services in New York City.

Charles was ecstatic when his beloved Cubs finally won the World Series and couldn’t contain his happiness. And while the Cubs were his first and favorite team, he also loved the NJ Devils, fly fishing, and spending time with his friends and the gang at Charley’s Aunt. Charles loved his friends and would do anything for them.

Charles is survived by Jessica, Kate and William Prindiville, his parents Robert and Kathleen Prindiville, his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and too many friends who will miss his smile.
