Bernice Elaine Rowan, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Oct. 21, 2012 in Jacksonville, FL.
Born on Oct 16, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA, she is predeceased by her parents John Edward and Bertha Beatrice (Badgley) Opinsky and her late husband of 58 years, Robert “Bob” Rowan. Bernice was a long time resident of Chatham, NJ and moved to Jacksonville after her husband passed away in 2009. She is survived by her daughter Roberta “Robin” and her husband Mark Kloker of Jacksonville Beach, FL and their children Nicole Kurowsky and Kevin Kloker, also of Jacksonville, and daughter Leslie Rowan-Vetuschi of Warren, NJ.
